To get married in Las Vegas, the initial steps are:

Obtain a Marriage License from the Clark County Courthouse
Its cost is 102 USD and can be paid by debit or credit card.
To apply for a license, photo identification is required, such as a passport.

There are no other procedures or waiting periods.

Widowed and divorced persons will only need the date of death in the first case or the date of divorce in the second case.
Grace Bodas offers assistance with this process for a fee of $99.

Pre-Application Form : Completing this form online prior to arrival at the office is recommended, but not required.
Documentation of previous marital status : If either party has been married previously, it is not necessary to present a divorce certificate or death certificate from the previous spouse to prove that they are legally fit to remarry.
