To legally marry in Las Vegas, you will need the following
Both must be 18 years or older. If under 18, parental or legal representative consent is required
A valid photo ID
If either party is divorced, they must know the date of the divorce (no need to present the decree)
No birth certificate or legal status in the United States is required
Civil marriages in Las Vegas are internationally recognized, requiring only an apostille to be valid in your home country
Ceremony Celebration
The ceremony can be adapted to your traditions, religious rites, or preferred style. Locations can also add a special touch, such as a ceremony in the Grand Canyon or on the iconic Las Vegas Strip.
